Resumo

It doesn´t exist evidence about which is the best exercise to reduce the abdominal inter-recti distance; therefore the aim of this study is to compare different abdominal exercise and the change about de inter-recti distance thought ultrasonography. Three points in the rectus abdominis distance has been evaluated and compared the changes with the rest measurement. We found that the hypopressive is the best exercise for the reduction of the inter-rectum distance, producing no negative effects such as the increase of this distance, which does happen with the classic abdominal or transverse activation + pelvic floor contraction in some of the studied participants.
