Abstract
This paper describes how the laboratory practices of the subject “Analysis and Quality Control in Oenology” (Degree in Food Science and Technology) were adapted to non face-to-face teaching during the confinement due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The monitoring of the students’ learning was done with the Nearpod application, by means of a questionnaire with questions related to the theoretical-practical content viewed. The evaluation of the online practices was carried out with an anonymous survey in ‘Google forms’, receiving a good evaluation from the students. In the two subsequent courses, this teaching material generated during the adversity was used to be viewed before entering the face-toface laboratory practices and the results showed a high acceptance by the students as a complementary support to the traditional practical teaching
